I just realized today that when I talk about moving, it's no longer in terms of "three weeks", or even "next week", but "Tuesday"...it's only four days away! The fact that we don't have a place to live or jobs lined up hasn't quite hit me full on yet.
Our boxes - yes all of our belongings fit in about 15 boxes - are waiting for us at the Lihue Post Office, and my car is sitting in the parking lot at Nawilliwilli having made the journey 2 weeks before me. So the plan as of now is to get there, pick up the car, find a place to live, find a job. Some people look at us like we are crazy for taking off without some sort of security blanket in place, but I'm happy, we are happy, and it's been said that if you leap, the net will appear...
