Wednesday was the big day to see if our little guy had done any significant growing over the past 3 weeks. According to all the measurements he is weighing in at 5.5 lbs. That is a good amount of weight to gain, going right along with the growth curve - but he didn't gain enough to get over the 10th percentile mark. All the other tests that were run look perfect, so the plan is to see if I go into labor in the next week, and if not then I'm scheduled to be admitted on 9/17 for induction. The theory is that he will grow better once he is out and eating, and we will avoid any complications that he is at increased risk for if he goes to his due date.
Since he hasn't engaged/dropped yet, we were able to see some great images during the ultrasound.
I can't wait to kiss those chubby cheeks.
He has his cute little fingers all tucked up by his mouth.

This pregnancy has gone by so fast. In a way I'm going to miss my baby bump, but I am excited beyond words to meet our son next week.
